Namo Tassa Bhagavato Arahato Sammāsambuddhassa
“To avoid all evil, to cultivate good, and to cleanse one’s mind.”

A Brief Overview

At the age of over 94, with more than 74 years in the monastic life, the Most Venerable Khippapanno Kim Triệu, the abbot of Sakyamuni Buddhist Meditation Association, can be regarded as one of the very rare meditation masters in the world today who fully embodies both the virtue and the experiential mastery of all four foundations of mindfulness: body, feelings, mind, and mental phenomena.

Over more than 35 years since its establishment, with the aim of supporting all those who have the good karmic affinity with the Buddha’s teachings—without limitation of race, religion, or tradition, without distinction between monastic or lay practitioners, and not restricted to any nationality or time period—Sakyamuni Buddhist Meditation Association, in its peaceful and serene setting, has always kept its doors open to anyone who wishes to come here to practice the Buddha’s teachings as well as cultivate the Four Foundations of Mindfulness.
